Wunk Sheek UW-Madison

Founded in 1968, Wunk Sheek has helped represent over 40 years of Native American students at UW-Madison. Meetings are Wednesdays @ 7pm at the American Indian Student and Cultural Center (215-217 N Brooks St) *MEETINGS ARE DONE UNTIL FALL '12*

Black and white photos are old photos from the old MEChA space. One of the pics is the entrance to the MEChA office. This was during the Despedida for MEChA and Wunk Sheek. After 40 years of existing in that space, it’s getting torn down to become either a music hall or a parking lot.
